VICTORY

Teradyne’s VICTORY boundary scan toolset is an easy to use graphical software package for generating IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan tests and fault diagnostics. The VICTORY toolset provides tools to generate Virtual Interconnect, Virtual In-Circuit, Boundary Functional, and Virtual Component/Cluster Test capabilities. Fault dictionary diagnostics provide unparalleled fault diagnostic accuracy for complex component clusters. Fault dictionary diagnostics are easily integrated with Virtual Component/Cluster Tests when used with Teradyne’s LASAR simulation tools and the Boundary Scan Intelligent Diagnostics software provided with Teradyne’s Di-Series and M9-Series digital instruments.

  • Outputs all board topology, scan chain, test pattern and diagnostic results in XML
